Unlocking the magic of Disneyland, one hotel at a time.

I almost forgot I stayed here! One night only, and it obviously was not anything memorable, but let me tell you what I liked.

Since I only stayed here for 1 night, I’m going to skip all my subheadings. I’ll post all the pictures and the video at the end of my summary.

When I checked in, the lobby felt small but maybe that is because it’s narrow. The front desk is on your left and there’s seating on your right. There’s also a little “store” next to the front desk with some snacks and drinks for purchase. Just a step down the hall was another “storefront” that looked like it had more souvenir-like things for purchase, but it was closed every time I walked by.

The pool, hot tub, gym, and laundry facilities are all off of the same door down the hall behind the lobby, past the elevators. All of those amenities were satisfactory.

I had booked a king room, but I checked in a tad early – like only an hour or two early – and they did not have a king room ready. So they offered me a double queen room instead, which I took.

The room was large, very spacious. Especially appealing to business travelers or those who need to keep up with work on vacation would be the desk. The desk was huge! That’s partly because there’s a chest of drawers and mini fridge that all share the “desk” as their “top.”

For me a great perk of the location of this hotel is that Target is directly across the street. There’s lots of popular restaurants on this corner like Red Robin, Outback, and Raising Cane’s.

I’m also a Marriott Bonvoy member which means upon checkin, members are given a fortune cookie. Inside the fortune cookie, instead of a fortune, you receive a mystery number of bonus points for your account. That was fun. I got 2,000 bonus points just for staying.

Overall, I think it’s kind of an average hotel. Nothing outstandingly good or bad.

And now for the pics!
