Unlocking the magic of Disneyland, one hotel at a time.

The Anaheim Hotel

If you’re planning a trip to Disneyland and looking for a conveniently located hotel, consider The Anaheim Hotel. Positioned right on Harbor Boulevard, directly across from Disneyland, this hotel offers a fantastic base to enjoy the magic of Disney without the hassle of a long commute.

One of the most significant advantages of staying at the Anaheim Hotel is its location. For anyone with long legs or a penchant for power walking, getting from the hotel to Disneyland can take as little as 5 minutes. Despite my slower pace, it only took me about 10 minutes to cross the street and enter the park from my room at the back of the hotel.

If you love being outside, you’ll appreciate the Anaheim Hotel’s extensive outdoor spaces. The property includes manicured lawns, a game lawn with activities like giant chess and cornhole, and a spacious Olympic-sized pool with a hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a long day at Disneyland. You’ll find cabanas, seating areas, and even heaters to enjoy the mild Southern California weather any time of day.

Rooms vary in their wear and tear, and while my recent visit showed signs of age, the Anaheim Hotel still ranks as my favorite across-the-street accommodation. The hotel offers an array of room configurations, including the rare two king bed setup, catering to different needs and preferences. The mid-century modern decor might surprise you, but it adds a unique charm.

For those who prefer to park their cars, the hotel provides options both for guests and day visitors at rates competitive with other local parking structures. Whether you’re staying overnight or just parking for the day, it’s a convenient choice for visiting the park.
